Ovary inferior, 2-carpellate; styles 2, free, erect at anthesis, later recurved.
Fruit:
Drupes dark purple at maturity; globose; slightly compressed laterally; ca. 4 mm in diam.
Seeds laterally compressed; endosperm smooth.
